Site plans for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying various sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
